• Partnering with Richard Crookes Constructions as their lead Learning and Organisational Development Consultant, who were recognised in the top 50 Best Places to Work in Australia as part of the “2018 Great Place to Work” awards.

• Partnering with Richard Crookes Constructions, to develop their leadership offerings who were announced as a finalist in the 2016 AHRI Rob Goffee Award for Leadership Development.

• Led and facilitated Campbell Arnott’s change program, which was awarded the “2010 SAP Education Best Practices Award” for the most innovative and successful change, communication and education program.
